Menopause can be a hugely challenging time for many women. However, with access to information, education, advice and emotional support, every woman going through this can better understand what’s going on with their body and emotions, and really take control of their health and wellbeing.

Menopause Group at Luton All Women's Centre: 

We regularly run a 4-week menopause support group from LAWC, Bedford, online and sometimes other locations in Luton, some of which are delivered in Urdu or Polish. Daytime and evening options are also available. Go to our dedicated menopause page to find out when/ where the next course starts.

This group is open to all women (not just existing LAWC clients). Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
