A weekly group where you can chat, take part in activities and meet with other women who are experiencing depression and mental ill health.

Every Wednesday at 10:30am – 12:00pm at the Luton All Women’s Centre

HOPE GROUP ( Hear Our Past Experiences)

The group will provide support and understanding for women
Facilitated by qualified counsellor
This is a support group for women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse
This support group will enable women to share and explore their feelings in a safe and confidential setting.

Every week Friday from 10:30am – 12:00pm at the Luton All Women’s centre. 


This support group is for women and girls who may have experienced issues around marriage and honour based violence. The project is to help support women to be safe and have stability in their lives, improve health, wellbeing and freedom from discrimination.

Every week Monday from 1-00pm-2-00pm
